- 2 x 125g salmon steaks (boned and skinned, 250 calories each)
- salt and black pepper
- 4 sprays low-fat oil (I used Frylight)
- 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese (22 calories per teaspoon)
- 4 fresh chives, finely chopped
- 200g fresh spinach leaves (23 calories per 100g)
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic granules
- a little freshly grated nutmeg
- half a lemon, cut into 2 quarters
